James R. Zanglin has been the Broker/Owner of Zanglin and Associates since 1970. Jim has a designation of Certified Residential Broker (CRB), from the National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed Appraiser, Past State Director of the Michigan Association of Realtors, Past President of the Downriver Board of Realtors, Past Chairman of the city of Trenton Economical Development Corporation, Past President of the Trenton Business Association, Past President of the Trenton Rotary Club and presently serves as Chairman of the Trenton Building Authority.
History
Zanglin and Associates was established in 1970. James R. Zanglin started with two agents, and focused on residential real estate in the Downriver area. After three years the company purchased its own building to accommodate a sales staff of fourteen.
Today the company has grown to twenty agents, including a processor and office manager. The office, with an established residential base, has now entered the commercial real estate world. Our area has grown from the Downriver Area to include Monroe County.
Agents
Some of our agents have been with Zanglin and Associates for over twenty-five years; most have a minimum of ten years experience. Agents come with us to stay, and with our experienced staff, the newer agents inherit a wealth of education and experience.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
